Where We Ship

Hylo currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Standard Shipping Times

United States: 6 to 10 business days (depending on state).

Please keep in mind that Hawaii and Alaska orders take longer to arrive. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery to these destinations.

Processing Times

Orders may take 1–3 business days to process after placing the order. Weekends are not considered business days.

Due to excessive orders, processing times may take longer than expected. During peak season, we kindly ask that you allow us up to 5 business days to fulfill your order.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have trouble finding your tracking number, you may email our customer service team at any time at hello@hylobeauty.com.

Christmas Delivery Notice

Due to high holiday demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after December 1st. Please order early to avoid delays.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, some deliveries may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as customs processing, weather events, and holidays that we cannot control. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
